Since opening its doors in 2006 Roger's House has had more than 1,346 admissions and staff have provided more than 8,467 days of care
67 children have died at Roger's House and their families join over 650 volunteers who provide more than 55,000 hours of their time since Roger's House opened in 2006.
Among children/youth ages 1-19 in Ontario, approximately 50% of deaths can be attributed to progressive life-limiting conditions such as neoplasms, congenital abnormalities, neurological disorders and endocrine/metabolic diseases
At any given time, there are approximately 400 children/youth living with a progressive life-limiting condition in Eastern Ontario
20% of children with complex chronic diseases account for 80% of health care costs. Roger's House helps to reduce the health system costs for the care of these children
Roger's House relies on the Sens Foundation for 30% of its funding
